At Ayune Rituals, we curate each offering with intention, yet we cannot guarantee that all items presented in our online boutique are available at the exact moment your order is placed. Should an item be unexpectedly out of stock, we will reach out to you promptly via email.

Treatment Cancellation Policy

We honor your presence from the very first moment of your appointment. To ease into the experience with a calm and unhurried mind, we kindly invite you to arrive 5 minutes early, allowing the ritual to begin smoothly and with intention.

Should you need to adjust your plans, cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment will avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge, and missed appointments (including 2 hours prior the scheduled appointment time) will be charged 100% of the treatment cost, as the time has been set aside exclusively for you. An invoice reflecting the applicable amount will be sent to you accordingly.
